These outputs are AI-generated estimates for entertainment and informational purposes only; they are not calibrated anatomical measurements, biometric identification, medical assessments, or professional advice.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old, or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
  • You must have the right to upload and analyze every photo you submit.
  • You are responsible for activity carried out through your use of the Service.

3. Usage Limits and Fair Use

  • Free users may use basic analysis features subject to the limits displayed on the site.

6. Results Disclaimer

Important: Face analysis results are generated by AI and are for entertainment and informational purposes only. A score estimates how visible features appear in one photo and does not represent objective truth about attractiveness, beauty, health, identity, or personal worth. Photo quality, lens distortion, lighting, head position, hair, glasses, makeup, filters, and facial expression can materially change the output. Do not use results for diagnosis, identification, employment, legal eligibility, or other important decisions.

7. Premium Services

  • Premium analysis is a one-time purchase for the features and deliverables shown at checkout.
  • Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store complete payment card details.
  • Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.
  • Premium results may be delivered through a unique URL and may expire after a stated period.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, trademarks, software, algorithms, design, and materials provided by FaceAnalysis.org are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as permitted in these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service.

11. Termination
