  • Photo Quality Issues: If poor photo quality (blurry, dark, angled) affected results, refunds are not available. We recommend using clear, well-lit, front-facing photos.
  • Changed Mind: After receiving complete results, refunds for simply changing your mind are not available (unless required by local consumer protection laws).
  • Abuse of Refund Process: Repeated refund claims or abuse of the refund system may result in denial and account restrictions.
